It contains approximately 70% nickel, 15% chromium, around 7% iron, and 2.5% titanium, with a combined total of about 4% aluminum, niobium, cobalt, and manganese. This alloy is highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation, and it maintains excellent high-temperature strength up to 700°C. 2.4669 offers high tensile strength and resistance to creep rupture. It is well suited for use in environments with both oxidizing and reducing conditions, and it resists chloride ion stress corrosion cracking when fully precipitation-hardened.
