Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy, also containing small amounts of aluminum and titanium. This material is highly resistant to oxidation at elevated temperatures and is suitable for use in sulphurous atmospheres. With excellent scaling resistance and outstanding heat resistance, Inconel 601 can be used at temperatures up to 1150°C. It also performs well under carburizing conditions and in environments with aggressive gases.
