08x18h10t is a titanium-stabilized, austenitic, heat-resistant stainless steel. Its composition includes:

• 08 – up to 0.08% carbon
• X18 – about 17-19% chromium
• H10 – around 9-11% nickel
• T – approximately 1% titanium

As per GOST-5632, this steel mostly consists of iron (about 65%), with chromium and nickel as its main alloying elements. Chromium enhances corrosion resistance, while nickel contributes to mechanical strength and outstanding heat resistance. The addition of 1% titanium increases resistance to intergranular corrosion and deformation, although it makes the steel slightly harder to machine.
