Nimonic 90 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy. Nickel is the base. The proportion of chromium and cobalt is approx. 19% and 17% respectively. The titanium and aluminum content is 2.5% and 1.4% respectively. 2.4632 has a high creep rupture strength at temperatures up to approx. 900°C. The grade also exhibits good corrosion and oxidation resistance at high temperatures.
