ElvaX Plus – Advanced XRF spectrometer with extended capabilities
ElvaX Plus – Benchtop XRF spectrometer designed for fast qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition of metal alloys, powders, liquids, samples deposited on filter paper, biological samples and food products for the content of chemical elements from Na (atomic number Z = 11) to U (Z = 92) over a wide concentration range. The device is equipped with a helium flushing system and interchangeable filters, which, in combination with the new CSA SDD detector, enables highly sensitive analysis of light elements.
