Titanium Grade 1 (material number 3.7025) is an unalloyed, high-purity titanium containing approximately 99.6-99.8% titanium. This material is known for its high ductility, good cold formability, and medium strength. It stands out thanks to its excellent corrosion resistance, notched impact strength, and biocompatibility. Due to its tendency for hydrogen embrittlement, the hydrogen content should not exceed 0.008%. Titanium 3.7025 is easy to weld and is non-magnetic.
