When producing V2A circular-patterned (marbled) plates, non-rusting austenitic stainless steel is used. It contains a lot of chromium and nickel, as well as extremely little carbon. The plates are well resistant to corrosion. Even acids do not affect them. The circular-patterned stainless steel plate can be processed well and has excellent weldability. However, it should be noted that the welded stainless steel plate does not have resistance to intergranular corrosion.
