2.4669 is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium-iron alloy. The nickel and chromium content is about 70% and 15% respectively. The primary alloying elements are iron (about 7%) and titanium (about 2.5%). The total content of aluminum, niobium, cobalt, and manganese is about 4%. Alloy X-750 is resistant to corrosion and oxidation and exhibits high strength at elevated temperatures up to 700°C. Material 2.4669 has high tensile and creep rupture properties. Round bars made from Alloy X-750 are resistant to a wide range of industrial corrosive agents in both oxidizing and reducing conditions. This alloy also shows high resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking in the fully precipitation-hardened condition.

Alloy X-750 is primarily used for manufacturing components for gas turbines. The material is also used for:
