2.4669 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-iron alloy. The nickel and chromium content is approx. 70% and 15%, respectively. The main alloying elements are iron (approx. 7%) and titanium (approx. 2.5%). The total content of aluminium, niobium, cobalt and manganese is approx. 4%. The X-750 alloy is corrosion- and oxidation-resistant and has high heat resistance up to 700 °C. The material 2.4669 has high tensile strength and creep rupture properties. Round bars made of the X-750 alloy are resistant to a wide range of industrial corrosion media under both oxidizing and reducing conditions. Even in the fully precipitation-hardened condition, this alloy also has high resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking.

Alloy X-750 is mainly used to manufacture components for gas turbines. The material is also used for:

• combustion chambers of rocket engines;
• high-heat-resistant springs, screws and connecting elements (up to 650 °C).

2.4669 provides the following properties:
