2.4669, also known as Alloy X-750, is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium-iron alloy. It contains approximately 70% nickel, 15% chromium, 7% iron, and 2.5% titanium, with a combined 4% of aluminum, niobium, cobalt, and manganese. Alloy X-750 offers excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and maintains high strength at temperatures up to 700°C. It also demonstrates high tensile and creep rupture strength. Round bars made from this alloy are suitable for use in both oxidizing and reducing industrial environments and show strong resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking when fully precipitation hardened.
