Aluminium perforated sheet is a flat product made of aluminium with evenly distributed holes at regular intervals. The offered aluminium perforated sheet is made from pure aluminium (99.5%) and has the designation EN AW-1050A (Wnr. 3.0255). In addition to aluminium, other accompanying components are also included: iron (max. 0.4%), silicon (max. 0.25%), copper, manganese, magnesium, titanium (each max. 0.05%) and zinc (max. 0.07%). The material EN AW-1050A is a standard alloy for aluminium sheets and partly for aluminium pipes.

Aluminium perforated sheets made from 3.0255 stand out not only for their attractive appearance, but also for excellent characteristics. The most important properties of aluminium perforated sheet are:

• relatively soft;
• very well formable when cold and well suited for anodizing;
• good weldability;
• good electrical conductivity;
• good corrosion resistance;
• low resistance to salt water;
• poor machinability;
• cannot be hardened (age-hardened).
