Aluminum perforated sheet is a flat product made of aluminum with evenly spaced perforations at regular intervals. The offered aluminum perforated sheet is made from pure aluminum (99.5%) and is designated EN AW-1050A (Wnr. 3.0255). In addition to aluminum, other accompanying components are included: iron (max. 0.4%), silicon (max. 0.25%), copper, manganese, magnesium, titanium (each max. 0.05%) and zinc (max. 0.07%). The material EN AW-1050A is a standard alloy for aluminum sheets and partly for aluminum pipes.

Aluminum perforated sheets made from 3.0255 stand out not only for their attractive appearance, but also for excellent characteristics. The most important properties of aluminum perforated sheet are:

• relatively soft;
• very well formable by cold working and well anodizable;
• good weldability;
• good electrical conductivity;
• good corrosion resistance;
• low resistance to salt water;
• poor machinability;
• not hardenable.
